> Plant identification in the browser. Upload a photo and get the species, common names,
> family, care advice and a toxicity warning. Two independent models are compared:
> Pl@ntNet (scientific species register, GBIF-verified names) and Qwen vision (overall
> assessment and written advice). Free. No app, no account, no images kept.

## What it does
- Identifies plants from 1-3 photos (JPEG/PNG, max 10 MB each).
- Identifies plant diseases, pests and growing problems in the "Disease & pests" mode.
- Shows each model's confidence separately, so disagreement is visible instead of hidden.
- Offers a follow-up session (3 hours) where the user can keep asking about the same plant.
  The session holds text only - never the image.

## Limits to be aware of
- Automatic identification is a probability estimate, not a botanical determination.
- It must never be used to decide whether a wild plant is edible.
- Rate limit: 10 identifications and 40 follow-up questions per hour per IP.
- No images are stored and no history is kept.
